What is the backup for the Phoenix Titan FS1283e in case the code is forgotten? And does it give a reminder when the battery is low?
Irfaan, London
The safe has a Master Reset facility in case the code has been forgotten. In the event of the battery power failing not only will the safe alert you when on low battery power, the batteries can be changed externally at any time.

Do you reckon I could fit a 15 inch laptop in here? I take it the shelf is removable?
Jamie, Aberdeen
The internal dimensions are 410 x 300 x 300 (HxWxD). I would suggest measuring your laptop first to make sure it would fit. The shelf is removable.
