I bought these cameras because they were advertised as Alexa enabled.

I bought an Alexa Echo Show 5 at the same time. The cameras will not connect to the screen or alexa app at all. I was in contact with Swann for a week and they were polite and responsive but they were unable to resolve my issue and I have had no contact for a fortnight now. I have had security specialist round as well and he was unable to find what was wrong. So I am unable to use them as advertised. They are responsive on the Swann app on my phone and quick to connect as I have very good wifi at home and the quality and especially sound are good. If you want to buy them just for your phine then I would recommend them but if you are buying them to be part of your Alexa security system (m I have a ring doorbell and that works great) then dont buy them.
