Does this sash case allow for a screw to secure the Euro Cylinder?
I cannot see the screw hole on the picture.

Thanks a lot.
Bertrand Delacour, London
Yes, the lock does have a screw which would secure the cylinder in place. It is hidden under the forend plate.

Is there such a thing as a eurocylinder sashcase where the latchbolt (as well as the deadbolt) is operated by the eurolock barrel? We're looking for a mortice lock which...

- always engages the latchbolt when the door closes
- can be deadbolted for additional security
- can be opened from the outside only using the key (even if the deadbolt is not locked)
- can always be opened from the inside without key (in case of emergency, so using a thumbturn).

Thanks!
Andrew, London
This product is not suitable for what you are looking for as the latch is only retracted when you use the handle. You might be interested to look at the Asec Euro Cylinder Sashcase (64mm). With an extra turn of the key or thumbturn on this product, once the deadbolt has been unlocked, the latch will also be retracted to allow you to open the door.
