The camera is good and works well when set up but the software is terrible. Initial setting up is a nightmare as it keeps stopping at around 30 percent when loading the best way I found was to set it up plugged in to the modem then removing the lead to use the camera on WiFi.

When in use I find that if I pan remotely through the iPhone it piles on gigabytes and empties the memory despite it having an SD card the only way to get around this is to delete the app and download it again. I have yet to discover how to get the camera to use the SD card.

Great to use for indoors but don’t point it outside won’t show any pictures . Wasn’t easy to set up on the WiFi but after googling similar issues sorted it out . The picture quality is good when it shows a picture and the pan and tilt is good . It won’t zoom in on my app for the iPhone so not sure if it’s just an apple thing . App is great to control the camera and is easy to use once you have used it for a while . Unit is very robust has survived a few knocks and drops .

This is a easy to install, easy to manage IP Cam - though it is likely that you need to first install with a wired connection before you can have the the WiFi connection. Despite the product description, the integration with the Yale Home system is basically non-existent. Yet, as a stand-alone device, I find this very useful to allow me remotely monitor my room even when I am on business trip in anther part of the world.

Just the job to keep an eye on the house and the dogs🤗. Easy to setup and link into home wifi network, app from apple for iPad and iPhone installed easily and is very simple to use. Would recommend only logging in when you want to check activity otherwise every motion detection is reported via text and email if you choose them in settings which can give you a lot of messsages, particularly with animals in housr, having said that if constant monitoring is what you need it works very well. Major plus is that no other devices needed, can be used as a passive detection system.

I has some issues setting it up, need to read instructions very carefully....Its relationship with Dropbox is a bit in question. But once set up the Camera works pretty well and doesn't seem to have Router issues as other IP Cameras do. One drawback is that currently the camera cannot be viewed on a Windows Device.

Quality product and I am well pleased...( have it set up to keep an eye on our puppy and gives piece of mind especially when have to leave him to attend hospital or out shopping ). It is easy enough to set up with cable or wirelessly and the phone app is superb. However it would be nice if Yale did a Macbook app not only for this but for the Yale fixed cctv which I also have. I have the Yale alarm too which I am well impressed with and even set the alarm from my phone. Many thanks
