Easy to use, either with a tag on a keyring or by entering the code - no more fumbling for the right key (I have a lot on my keyring) or trying to get it into the lock. We're happy with the security it provides - reason for giving it 4/5 is that it might not be suitable if your insurers insist on a higher standard. DIY fitting was straightforward (I've previously replaced locks and cylinders) but I had to fit a new 60mm nightlatch as the original was only 40mm, making it a bigger job. Care needed to make the connecting bar the right length - I suspect if you cut it too short you'll ruin the lock. I cut mine oversize then used an angle grinder to get it just right. Overall very satisfied.

This was a good price but had to buy the night latch to go with it to make a useable package. I installed it on a gate and was advised that the battery pack was not weather proof. To overcome this I bought an IP65 enclosure for a few pounds which was big enough to house the battery pack as supplied. Access via fobs is very easy, and so much quicker than fiddling with keys or sorting my previously fitted combination lock in the pouring rain. This security gives peace of mind and access can only be made via approved users. Brilliant

Elegant addition to front door furniture. No need to carry a key! Easy set up and use with useful features. Need to have an alternative access into the building in case of malfunction. I would hide a key to back door in a garage or outhouse or give to relative/friend.

simple lock but offers key fob, pin and credit card swipe access. you get 1 card and 1 fob but extra fobs are easy to source; pin entry is easy and straightforward.

If you are looking for a straightforward digital lock then I would recommend.
