It jammed - fortunately when I tried it before installing it. Safe arranged free collection of the faulty one and sent me another, urgently. Friendly service and I couldn’t fault them - it wasn’t their product so it wasn’t their fault the first didn’t work.

the product would have been very good if there were not 2no 4mm screws missing and the lock cylinder bolt heads not so thick. We got 2no screws out of the old lock and had to file the 2 no cylinder screw heads to get the lock to fit the back plate. but its a good job now.
