It took a long time to come into stock and when it arrived it was damaged. It looks as if it had been dropped. But as we waited for delivery and had a few mis-communications, we decided to keep it.

This is a good safe for its category and size and very solid. Delivery was as promised, no complaints. I would use Safe again.

Product us excellent, easy to secure down and locking system has a good solid positive feel about it. Would definately reccomend this product. Supplier was very good as well, very quick despatch and email updates would reccomend.

Fitting instructions were a little lacking but that's not your fault - however the safe is now installed, completely hidden and doing the job it was designed for.

It took a while to find a safe for our needs - to store A4 size documents. Given most written materials are A4 in size I'm curious to know why safe manufactures don't automatically produce safes to meet this need. This Chubb safe does, and we are delighted with it. We went for a mechanical, key-based unit as opposed to digital because the latter require batteries. Since we only go into the safe on an infrequent basis, there would be a good chance the batteries would fail. Not so sexy but very reliable. Happy to recommend this safe. Thank you...

It does what it is supposed to do. Big plus point, fast delivery with notification as the when. Thanks for that, it helps a lot.

This safe is perfect for my needs, it is a manageable weight and is very well built with a smooth lock action. The safe arrived on time and the delivery person was excellent despite the challenging times. I will definitely be shopping with Chubbsafes again in the future.

Very solid but heavier than we thought but fine, fixed to the wall easily and easy to use. Very good for our needs.would recommend for family use to keep money and valuables in. Keys a little big but fit in our key safe ok . Ordering and delivery very quick and packed well.

This safe was the volume I needed (the next size up would have been a big leap in price, and take up half a room) but, for whatever reason, seems to have been manufactured to an internal size about 1cm smaller than a standard cash drawer. It's so frustrating. Why not make it that little bit bigger - maybe the thinking is that they want to force you to buy the bigger size?
