It is superb. Brilliant build quality,freesat functionality and easy to use. The fact that it syncs with Airbnb and automatically sends check in instructions as guests book is worth the investment with every booking!

I used it for my caravan. It’s very easy to use. My guests just get the key and leave it in the safe with the code. The pin code could be generated remotely, which is very convenient. I created an account for the cleaner with bluetooth. He had used it freely. It can record whoever opened the lock. Highly recommend for the Airbnb owners.

We purchased the igloo home Smart Airbnb Keybox to hold keys for our village hall. It is a solid, well made piece of equipment that instantly imparted a strong sense of security. The flexibility on how it could be fixed to the building was a highly desirable and necessary feature.

With the ability to now mange access to the hall keys remotely we are able to support our users much more efficiently, remove a lot of dependency on the availability of a team member to be on hand and not have to worry about leaving keys in a "safe place".

It's a game changer.

Great safe box with real flexibility in generating codes when needed - perfect for the holiday let property that we’re using and being able to change odes between guests without having to go to the house.

Build quality is very good and the instructions and app are easy to use. Being able to choose your own pin codes is great to provide codes for cleaners etc that they can remember as well as giving you the log of who used the box and when.

We use bolted to the wall but the ability to use the shackles provided and hang securely on the door handle is great for airBnB style properties.

Absolutely brilliant, solidly built and dead easy to use, ultimate convienience for remote key access control. All you need is a phone. There are various types of unlocking codes, a one time, seven digit number? Or if you have a Bluetooth equipped phone, just aim at the QR code, a request is sent to the Administrator of the Keybox 3 and if approved ba da bing, ba da boom, you have access to your key. Simples.

Amazing piece of kit. Igloo does the key safe bit well as you would expect a good reliable key safe to do - which is faultless so fad . BUT this keysafe performs reliable magic as it syncs to my airbnb calendar and manages check in codes, times, a

automatically sends messages to guests and every code is unique.

Set up is straightforward and it looks good.

It is amazing and worth every penny.

This is an excellent product, good-looking, simple to operate and perfect for our intended use at our holiday let in the Lake District. Guests have found it easy to understand and I have greatly appreciated being able to set unique codes remotely using the bridge and the app. I hadn't understood that the Bridge was extra for this functionality but it's worth the extra expense. Each new set of guests receives a unique code the day before check in and our regular staff have their personal codes permanently assigned. If a contractor has to visit I can issue a one-time code for them. Gone are the days when hundreds of different people knew the code for our key safe...

That was NOT very safe... Enough space within it for a generously sized bunch of keys, and the numbers light up to make night time use viable. It's very practical. I highly recommend it.

An excellent product for key storage, and integration with air BnB is a game changer. It is easy to set up and instal. Just make sure that there are stock levels as quoted as had to wait 6 weeks for delivery following receiving a faulty product. To be fair Safe handled this as well as could be expected.

This isn't the cheapest key safe on the market but you get what you pay for and this is the second one we have purchased. It seems pretty secure although I have not attempted to smash it open. The most important thing for us is we can set it up to automatically message our guests with a code to allow entry when they make a booking. Great if you are running a short-term rental and using a management system.

I think the key safe is excellent. It was recommended to me by a friend and I found it really great and set it up without any problems. However, I handed it over to the company I use tor the bookings and they are struggling to get it to link to the booking system which is specifically what I wanted it for. I don't know if this is because they are not following the instructions, or if the instructions are not clear enough, which is why I have only given 4 stars instead of 5.

This is overall a good product and has been a good purchase for our business. Only thing would be in terms of syncing as it is used for a a business I am not always next to the device to sync it. It would be good if the app can refresh automatically so logs are able to be viewed as and when.
