Great safe box with real flexibility in generating codes when needed - perfect for the holiday let property that we’re using and being able to change odes between guests without having to go to the house.

Build quality is very good and the instructions and app are easy to use. Being able to choose your own pin codes is great to provide codes for cleaners etc that they can remember as well as giving you the log of who used the box and when.

We use bolted to the wall but the ability to use the shackles provided and hang securely on the door handle is great for airBnB style properties.

The igloohome Smart Keybox 3 is a battery powered digital key safe which allows access to key cards or house keys via a digital keypad lock or a SmartPhone App. The back-lit digital keypad allows you to programme your own code or you can open the lock via Bluetooth by using an App on your phone. Keep track of who has entered the key safe with an audit facility via the igloohome app which also allows you to share access with friends and family remotely. The lock is powered by four AAA batteries and should last approximately 1 year with regular use. Am emergency jump start feature with USB-C and power pack provides access in case of battery failure. This key safe is ideally located on the outside of a property enabling easy entry for care workers, cleaners, workmen or children.

Lock Control by Smartphone
igloohomes' Smart Lock App allows you to open the padlock via Bluetooth when in range and allows you to send PIN codes to friends and family remotely for as long as you choose. The App also provides an audit so that you can keep track of who comes and goes.



Smartphone App


Access via PIN code
The mobile app allows you to create permanent PIN codes that provide access any time. You can also create one time PIN codes to provide one off access or you can set a duration PIN which allows access for a specific time period.

Lock Privacy
The padlock includes a decoy code feature which allows you to enter additional random digits to the beginning of your code if you have somebody watching over your shoulder.

Sync with Airbnb
If you are an Airbnb host, you can synchronise your listing calendars with your igloohome account so that PIN codes are automatically created for guests.

I used it for my caravan. It’s very easy to use. My guests just get the key and leave it in the safe with the code. The pin code could be generated remotely, which is very convenient. I created an account for the cleaner with bluetooth. He had used it freely. It can record whoever opened the lock. Highly recommend for the Airbnb owners.

Do you have to be in proximity of this safe to change PIN numbers using Bluetooth on the app or can it be down remotely? Bluetooth only has a 10metre range which isn't great.
