Great product, like it. I ordered 6 for a block of flats and 5 turned up perfect Matt black but one was gloss. I had to organise return, and the person who dealt with it was excellent and very helpful.

The apartment module 16 is supplied as 16 individual boxes that you bolt together to fit the space you have, which gives great flexibility when mounting, and also makes it easy to add boxes later if required. They come complete with the fixings required to bolt them together and the finish on the boxes is of good quality, so I am sure they will keep their appearance for years to come.

On the negative side, the hinge clips are made of plastic, and therefore this could prove a wear point in the future, and on a couple of the boxes these were not clipped in correctly, causing one to break when I tried to clip it in. My fault it broke, so lesson learned, be careful next time! There were a number of locks of the same key number supplied, but a quick email and a phone call reply soon had the issue resolved and new locks were sent straight away.

Overall, happy with the product and the service received. Would recommend.

We purchased these mailboxes for our student accommodation building. On the whole, they've been really great and a significant improvement on our previous mailbox solution. The boxes are very sturdy once attached to the wall and look very sleek. The name plates are a bit tricky as it's difficult to get anything to stick with tape. Otherwise, though, they're a really great option for a multiple occupancy building looking for secure mailboxes.
