The safe has 2 x base fixing holes and 1 x wall mounting hole. You can fix the safe to either the floor, wall or both. A sufficient number of bolts will be supplied with the safe.

There should be no issue mounting it in this location as long as you have removed the skirting board. However please be advised that the full door opening aperture could be effected.

You will need a 12mm drill bit.

This does come with one wall fixing as well as two for the floor. If you need this at an easily accessible height I would suggest buying a shelf that supports the safe and contents inside first. Then once you find this I suggest you then fasten this to the wall for extra security.

The internal dimensions of this unit would not allow A4 documents to fit without folding. The Burton Eurovault Aver S2 2K has internal dimensions H 220x W 365x D 295mm, which would be sufficient to allow A4 documents.
