The 4 drawer Chubbsafes Fire File was just what we ordered. A little disappointed with the actual storage space, but ideal for our current needs.

The delivery guys were excellent and all went very smoothly.

Now that we have had the original safe returned and replaced, everything looks fine and all drawers are working too. After the problem we had with the first model, I would hesitate to give a thumbs up or down. If it's still working in a few months time, we will know if it's good value for the money. I should think that it will do the job, but you never know what can happen. You were prompt in sending the one we now have, which is quite impressive these days, as often you have to fight to get the best service.
