Can this be installed outside? Or can it only be used indoor?

This unit is designed for internal use only. The cabinet would rust and the electronic keypad would fail when exposed to moisture.

Can you tell me please the type of overide key used on this product , is it a flat yale key type or is it as I hope a round (er barrel type) as we have on our Phoenix 90kg safe.

The override key is the round type, known as a tubular key.

The key safe KS0033e is stated as having an internal depth of 110mm and an external depth of 130mm the door thickness looks in excess of 20mm what is the distance between the door inner face and the rear of the cabinet when closed?

The internal depth measurement for this cabinet is 110mm, however as the battery compartment and lock mechanism is housed on a section on the back of the door the usable internal depth from this point is 95mm.
