Main area of disappointment was the fact that the description said these have a screw thread, a feature we were particularly interested in. Instead they snap together. Currently they work well, although opening then has to be done carefully to avoid the contents going everywhere and one member of staff has significant problems opening them.

The capsules were very difficult to open initially but the more they are used the easier this has become. There is a very definite click when they are closed - no uncertainty and they don't come open when down the safe shute. Some of the people using them are elderly and not very strong ladies so they are still finding them difficult to use.

The Safe Shop staff were very helpful in encouraging us and telling us how to use the capsules.

We were grateful that it was possible to return one pack, as well as relatively easy, as this made it more justifiable to persevere with the other pack.
