Is the fixing kit suitable for concrete floors, judging by those fixings its not going to be the best option. What dia are these screws?

This fixing kit is suitable for concrete floors, this is actually the optimum surface for installation as the bolts expand and anchor against the substance they are installed too. The fixing bolts have a diameter of 10mm and are 85mm in length.
