What is the diameter of the holes for the fixing bolts please?
Andy, Overton
The diameter of the fixing holes would be 13mm. I would recommend using 10mm sleeve anchor bolts.

Do the BS7558:1992 7 gun cabinets have a cash rating as such. I was wanting to know from an insurance perspective whether these are classified like a safe.
Stuart Makepeace, Barnard Castle
Most Gun Cabinets are not insurance approved for storing cash and do not include a cash rating. However, I can recommend the Burton Warden LFS 6 Gun Safe which is suitable or 6 x shotguns/rifles and has a insurance rating of £10,000.

When fixing to wall, is it OK for bolts to pass through plaster board into breeze block. Do you supply fixings?
gary, manningtree
A fixing kit is available to order as an accessory for this cabinet. When installing the bolts need to affix directly into as solid a substance as possible, concrete or brick being the ideal.

Can the safe have a further 4 holes pre-drilled into the left hand side. This will allow the safe to be secured from the back, side and floor?
Neale, South Shields
Brattonsound would not be able to customise this cabinet. You are free to make the modifications yourself but this would invalidate the manufacturers guarantee.
