Having previously bought keyed alike cylinder locks from yourselves, can i purchase more cylinder locks in the near future that will all use the same key?

If the door is locked from the inside,using the thumbturn. Can I still gain entry from outside, using the key?

You can still unlock the cylinder externally using the key as normal.
