If your door is closed and the key is in the lock internally, can you unlock the door from outside with second key?

With the Avocet ABS cylinders it is possible to unlock the door from the outside, even if the key is inside the lock internally.

Can I purchase this lock with 5 keys please?

Additional keys for this lock would have to be purchased directly from Avocet. They require the serial number which comes printed on the locks specific keycard.
