If your door is closed and the key is in the lock internally, can you unlock the door from outside with second key?

With the Avocet ABS cylinders it is not possible to unlock the door from the outside if the key is inside the lock internally.

If you leave the key inside. Is it possible to open with another key outside ?

Yes the cylinder can be unlocked from the outside with the key
