Honestly this is a great safe and it was very well installed upstairs by the Burton team.

The team arrived on time, we're well equipped, knowledgeable, and efficient.

This is an excellent product which I had researched a lot when comparing to other safes in the marketplace. For me this is excellent value for money safe which ticks all my boxes as for security for key items in the household.

The only criticism I have relates to the lock when given a demonstration on how to replace the battery. This didn’t go to plan as the keypad was difficult to secure, and has meant that the lock has to be changed.

That said, Burton safes and Safe UK (the company I bought the safe from) have been excellent in arranging for an engineer to come and replace the lock.

Customer service from both companies has been spot on and rate them both highly.

Great value for money product.

Easy to use website with lots of information to help compare and decide on the appropriate safe. Easy to use forms to get a quote for the installation cost. Finally, the installation team were great and were very tidy and helpful.
