Product arrived in a timely fashion.

Installing the product was relatively easy and looks like a good quality product, but need to ask a burgular!

The operation instructions are adequate but could be improved, but when set-up it is easy to use.

I would recommend.

The safe itself is good and easy to use. The keypad works nicely. It feels well built and solid. I also rang the helpline for advice and found that to be helpful. My only criticism is the supplied instructions. The text in the printed booklet is tiny, but you can download a copy and expand the text. Also, on my instructions, the hole depth is printed as 40mm, but the fixings are longer, you need a depth of 60 or 65mm. You do need to test the depth of the hole with just the bolt to ensure all dust is clear before you hammer the fixing in place.

Arrived quickly.

Unable to judge "Security".

15.4" laptop only just fits with shelf in place due to hinge getting in the way. The quoted dimensions do not take that into account, so a bit of a faff, when it could have been a lot easier.

Would recommend, but until you get it you can't tell if a 15" laptop will fit easily or not.

Delivered quickly and on-time. Easy to fit once you’d figured out the instructions. Very pleased with the result!

It's a good safe but we encountered issues during the installation. Depending on the wall (our one is an old brick work) it can be difficult to fix.

The bolts are not ideal and they should provide more than the standard 4. We lost one bold inside the wall (and therefore are missing one ... need to order it as not available in B&Q or Homebase) and 2 others needed some tricks to properly screen into the bricks. It took me more than 2 hours to fix the safe :-(
