1. How could I obtain spare keys in future?
2. Please confirm if possible - barrel diameter is 17mm, total height is 33mm, width of keel (the bar at the bottom) 10mm. With thanks.
Richard, Lenora
The CISA Astral S Cylinders are supplied with a unique code card which allows you to order additional keys and keyed alike locks by providing the code on the card. All Euro Profile cylinders have the same face dimensions - 17 x 33 x 10mm.

If I already have a set of locks, keys, and code card, how can I order a new cylinder to match my existing key?
Laurie, Southampton
Yes you can, you would need to call our Sales team on 0800 432 0722, option 1, who would be able to process an order for you. You would need to confirm your key code by email.

NB: These are made to order and non-returnable, and will not come with any keys, but you can add additional keys to your order if required.
