This is the less common ‘small’ oval double cylinder & they are quite difficult to find in certain lengths. The lady in the office was extremely helpful when I rang to check the exact dimensions - she even contacted the manufacturer by email and rang me back a couple of hours later to confirm. The lock itself is really good quality (CISA) and took just a few seconds to fit. A great experience.

This lock is very well made and operates smoothly. I spent quite some time searching for a compatible lock to replace the 32 year old lock that recently broke on my aluminium framed patio doors (original from when the house was built in 1986).
