It came with easy to follow instructions and blends in very well with the build. A good piece of kit.

Overall - a nice product. I would recommend this post box.

I didn't give "Ease of Use" 5* because the lock/key is stiff - the small size of the key and the number of cuts on the key (the parts that engage with the tumblers in the lock) make it awkward to insert the key.

The build quality is good - the weather seals had pealed off at the bottom and the fixing screw holes are positioned so that you need to use a stubby screwdriver or or one with a long blade to insert the screws (at the top).

Storage Capacity - meets MY needs but Amazon delivery drivers try to insert packages that are too large (rather than walk to the front door?)

It is solid, stands up to the weather.

Our first Post Box so were unsure about size and how it would look.

We think this Post Box would compliment most house fronts, although easy seen by postman it is of good size and classy looking. Definitely recommended.

We are very pleased with this post box. Sturdy and well made. It is a good size and takes A4 letters too.

The colour is perfect as it matches our front door. It comes with 2 keys which is good. Great post box. Service very quick. Next day delivery, with good communication about delivery and times.

Good size if you regularly receive magazines and journals/papers via post. The packaging doubles as a template for drilling the mounting holes which was really helpful. Another nice feature is the inclusion of thick rubber washers which serve to hold the box away from the wall accounting for uneven surfaces.

Importantly it has accepted even some parcels we had not expected and more-over has kept the deliveries dry even in the recent heavy rains.

One odd thing was that the keys were delivered inside the locked box so we had a few minutes juggling to remove them via the letter opening!
