Please can you advise why the Three network sim can't be used?
Simon, Hemel Hempstead
Three works on a 3G only sim card. This product is only suitable for 2G as it only needs to contact you through a telephone call or text notification.

You say you can use a PAY/GO sim how much typically per month is needed to be added and how do you know when credit has run out?
Kerry Eames, Portsmouth
The alarm system would contact you via WiFi, however if your internet connectivity experienced problems the Sim card would only be used in emergency's to contact you so you do not need to top it up per month. You can always check the balance of your sim card by calling your provider.

Is this system compatible with a keypad? I noticed there’s one in the additional accessories. Also is the door sensor able to be on a short delay, so you can open the door and have 30 seconds or so to use the keypad to disable the alarm?
Tom, Sheffield
The Keypad is compatible with this system. An entry and exit time can be set to allow you to activate and de-activate the alarm.
