Solid budget cylinder that does exactly what it’s supposed to. I ordered it keyed-alike with another cylinder and that worked perfectly, which made installation really straightforward.

The only downside is that the mechanism feels a bit on the cheaper side — it operates smoothly and reliably, but you can tell it’s built to a price.

Overall though, it does the job well and offers good value for money.

Excellent service and quality items. Website gives clear guidance on how to select and size the locks and managed to get the sizes I needed keyed alike which is great. I did make a mistake on one door, customer service helped me resolve it and order and additional lock. Superb service all round.

I bought the Sterling 5 pin nickel plated 45/35 thumbturn cylinder as part of a 5 lock package and had them all keyed alike the simplicity of only one key access and the ease of being able to open the inner porch door without searching for keys is a godsend , and the ease of fitting it took me only a couple of minutes removing the old cylinder and fitting the new one .Well pleased with the product and service from Safe.co.uk . Perfectly sound locks; many different sizes with different inner and outer lengths so you have to be certain you order the right ones, particularly if you have thumbturn on the inside as I did. Getting all the locks keyed alike means you only have to have one key for the whole house.

Feels and looks like a good quality product, arrived quickly and very easy to fit.

Very happy with the purchase, the online configuration is easy to use and the keyed alike option was exactly what I was looking for.

I do need some other locks so will be re-ordering from Safe very soon.
