Yale All-in-One HD 1080p Outdoor Wi-Fi Security Camera

We have bought this camera as we have purchased a new car.

It was really easy to install, nothing needed but the camera, your smartphone and Wi-Fi. I am not great at technical challenges, but this was easy to set up even for me. Connected to Wi-Fi, downloaded the App and off you went. We mounted it to the wall outside. Quality is brilliant, picture is very clear, you can talk to the person who is at your house, take a screenshot, it only alerts you when there is movement (and only records as well) so you don't have to look though hours of recordings. I can only recommend it!

After reviewing various other products in the market, I decided to go ahead with Yale primarily for its reputation and quality of build. The camera arrived next day via tracked delivery and it was a straight forward installation which took less than 10 mins. The audio and video quality is excellent and the spot light is reasonably bright. The set up in Yale mobile application was again straight forward to pair with my WiFi router and the finger print login is definitely a good security feature. There is no monthly fee so the the cost of devices and you have a secure access to your property.

Setting up was tricky. My router is upstairs and I was trying to connect downstairs. I Tried again close to the router and immediately they talked . Must note 2.4 ghz and not 5 ghz. In all piece of cake. Sadly i cannot view from my computer only hand held devices.

Great camera and app much more stable now. Whole thing really customisable. Shame about the USB A plug on the end of the sealed cable which requires a big hole through the wall. Overall, this is a great piece of kit for the money. I particularly like the video replay based on movement detection.

Very clear in daylight but not much detail when viewing during dark. Very easy to install and monitor.
