Excellent high quality product. I struggled to find a euro cylinder thumbturn with 40 - 45 dimensions but was very pleased to find this product that met my needs. You can see from the machining quality that this is a well made product. I would recommend this cylinder lock.

Our door seemed to have funny lock dimensions so it was great to find that Caveo not only did a 3 star lock but it would fit our door, couldn't believe certain well known brands didn't! Having extra keys cut for it was very reasonable too, and although we had to wait a little bit longer for it to arrive it was well worth it. Fitting was very simple and know we have the peace of mind knowing that we're safe and secure for a very reasonable cost. Can't say enough good things about the lock and the service from 'Safe'.

Good quality, and easy to install. Quick shipping and very simple. I couldn't have asked for anything different. Videos online made it very easy to install and the whole process only took me about 15 minutes. Only point that I would raise is that the key has to be horizontal to be removed from the keyhole.

They came on time, my only problem was with my customer getting access as she went away for 3 weeks before I was able to fit them.

After I fitted them she asked for Extra Keys to the one lock but that was not a problem I just call your office gave the Key code and 3 days later I had the extra Keys

I had been looking for this replacement for some time. Most suppliers could not offer the exact size required. This is mechanism is correct and works perfectly.

Looks a quality item, however on occasions you have to turn the lock 4 times for it to lock?, occasionally feels like it’s binding on use, this is only from the key side, the thumb turn seems fine, expected better from an expensive lock, fits well into cavity, no issues there

I needed a non-standard sized cylinder and Safe was the only place I could find the right size. Price was good compared to others of similar security level and arrived very quickly. I ended up using safe again to change my back door lock as well. Recommend!

Really really impressed. I was replacing what were pretty good locks in Munster Joinery doors.

The thumbturn is brilliant, the ease of not having to run for a key is worth it. The benefit though in what I've seen is also in reduced draughts coming though the old locks. I've a new build, all sealed up and could find the old locks actually allowed a draught straight in, well no longer with these in place! 10/10

This is a very Good quality lock. It was Easy to fit. Delivered quickly with extra keys at a reasonable price.

Have used this company before and they are very efficient in despatching and delivering the lock in pretty quick time particularly considering extra keys were required.
