Really helpful sales person who assisted in selecting the correct product. Lock works perfectly and you could not tell it had been changed. This is an off set lock so recommend you check your existing one before ordering your replacement lock it will save you time in the long run. Great product

First time I have ordered or fitted one of these cylinders. This is a top quality product and very easy to install and has high security and love the internal thumb turn. When I eventually completed the installation the end result was excellent. Don’t be tempted to go for cheaper alternatives.

Arrived quickly and was extremely easy to fit, probably took less than five minutes. Bought for my elderly mother as she had a habit of leaving her key in lock on inside of door. This was a risk in case something happened to her, and the only option to get in would have been to break in.

Two weeks later, as fate would have it she did have a fall and we were able to get in using our spare key due to the new lock being installed. After a short hospital stay, she is safely back in the house. Talk about good timing!
