Really helpful sales person who assisted in selecting the correct product. Lock works perfectly and you could not tell it had been changed. This is an off set lock so recommend you check your existing one before ordering your replacement lock it will save you time in the long run. Great product

Arrived quickly and was extremely easy to fit, probably took less than five minutes. Bought for my elderly mother as she had a habit of leaving her key in lock on inside of door. This was a risk in case something happened to her, and the only option to get in would have been to break in.

Two weeks later, as fate would have it she did have a fall and we were able to get in using our spare key due to the new lock being installed. After a short hospital stay, she is safely back in the house. Talk about good timing!

As standard the Asec Kite Elite - Euro Thumbturn Cylinder 55 - 45 (100mm) is supplied Keyed to Differ which means the lock includes a set of keys that are unique and will only open this lock. If you require multiple locks you can choose to have them all Keyed Alike, meaning that each lock can be opened using the same key. You can view this cylinder keyed alike here.
