Although the item was not in stock when I ordered, I recieved a personal email straight away informing me, offering good advice for alternatives which could be shipped immediately or a refund.

As I was in no hurry I said that I would wait and I recieved my item bang on the estimated delivery date.

The item I ordered was an Era 133 Standard Nightlatch for a new door. I have the same on another door and never had any problems with it. Well packaged and was an easy install.

I would happily reccommend the product and Safe.co.uk for their courteous, professional service.
