Please can you advise why the Three network sim can't be used?

Three works on a 3G only sim card. This product is only suitable for 2G as it only needs to contact you through a telephone call or text notification.

You say you can use a PAY/GO sim how much typically per month is needed to be added and how do you know when credit has run out?

The alarm system would contact you via WiFi, however if your internet connectivity experienced problems the Sim card would only be used in emergency's to contact you so you do not need to top it up per month. You can always check the balance of your sim card by calling your provider.

Can I use the ERA wired WS-280 External Alarm Siren with this product instead of the wireless one? Is it true that this (and the wireless one) only strobe / pulse when the alarm is armed?

This system is compatible with both ERA wired and wireless sirens. The LED on the wireless alarm will only strobe when the alarm is armed / activated.

Is this alarm compatible with Amazon echo (Alexa)?

This alarm is not currently compatible with Amazon Echo but future product updates will likely allow integration with this type of home system.
