The Union C-Series 3R35 (Previously by Chubb locks) includes a latchbolt that is withdrawn by the key or lever door handle.

  • The latchbolt is not reversible and must be fitted to a left hand hung door.
  • Also available for use with a right hand door.
  • Snib automatically deadlocks the latchbolt when the door is closed and can also be used to hold the latchbolt in the withdrawn position when the door is open.
  • Previously by Chubb Locks.
  • 44mm backset from forend.
  • 80mm deep case.
  • 10mm bolt projection.

Can this lock be reversed to r/h?

The Union 3R35 locks cannot be reversed as they are handed specifically left or right. If you need the right hand version, you need to purchase the Union 3R35 - 5 Detainer Nightlatch (80mm) R/H.
