The product is well packed and well manufactured. The siren is nice and loud and is very easy to arm using the keypad. It is handy that the user is able to add to the kit as you decide to increase the security of your home. The instructions are well set out however I was not able to set the siren up on the first attempt as they are not detailed enough and the siren was not behaving in the way that was described in the instruction books. The smart notifications are great and you can arm the system using the app evenue after you have left the house
Customer service team were very helpful, one lady in particular that called me to confirm whether I wanted the panic button that I had ordered as it was not compatible with the alarm. Great customer service, not just trying to make sales but genuine care for the customer. Thanks for you help!

Hi we are happy with our alarm system.A friend came to help with the installation and we were glad of him when it came to setting up the system with the app, and putting the alarm on the front of the house. Despite following instructions it took along time to get the sensors and the alarm aligned and during this time we set off the alarm many times.I don't feel that this was at all easy for older people who are not so tech savvy,Now we are used to setting the alarm from my phone or the keypad it has given us peace of mind when we are not at home, and nighttime security by alarming downstairs whilst we sleep.

Marked down the ease of use as the instructions supplied were flawed for pairing the outside bell. Only found this out after I called Yale direct-they admitted the instructions were wrong and talked me through the correct process. Once paired system works fine. This was purchased for my daughter's house-I purchased my own system a couple of years ago and am still pleased with the performance.

We are very pleased with this product, which has given us more peace of mind. It arrived promptly, was well packaged, and we found it easy to set up and use . When we did have an issue it was easily resolved by ringing up and speaking to someone at Safe.

The following review relates to Yale really and not Safe uk. Safe uk is a very good company and I’ve bought products from them before 5 out of 5 for a review. I bought this system for a house in spain so I could monitor it from the UK. Had initial problems in getting the alarm box to sinc with the hub and to be frank the instruction sequence did not work. I contacted the Yale help line who told me there was a way round the problem and they would ring me back, this didn’t happen. Fortunately an on line blog solved the problem. The system is working fine , the alarm goes off the second anyone enters and the ap is good so I’m pleased. I have the same system in the uk (had it for a few years now) and you can run both by logging out of one and going into the other but you will still get breach notifications from both. I’m very pleased with the product, Yale just need to tighten down the instructions and get it right in the manual overall customer support is very good I just must have hit it on a bad day.

Installed a similar unit in a previous house so fairly familiar with the general set, although this one is App based. Easy installation for most of the kit, just basic DIY skills needed. The main difficulty comes with pairing the siren to the base station. Instruction set is wrong, Yale website is wrong. Really, how hard can it be to provide a self install kit with the correct button sequence? Probably should have called customer support but web searches didn't make that sound like a great source. Eventually found the correct instructions on a forum, oddly for a different model. Once set up it all works well and the App is clear and easy to use.

Ok except the key pad does not work and hasn’t worked right since It was installed. Did phone and tried everything they suggested with no luck. Alarm works with fob

Easy to use, works great through the app, and most importantly for me is fully compatible with all of the sensors I had fitted from my old Yale wireless alarm.

Excellent product very easy to setup and install. The setup is all done using the app. Setting the alarm once fitted is very easy to use on the app. It is very reasuring that the alarm is always monitored using your smart phone and so far has been totally reliable since fitted 2 months ago
