Accessories

There are a number of different types of cameras available which can be purchased in addition to your CCTV system including bullet cameras, dome cameras or Pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) cameras.

Bullet Camera

A bullet camera is designed to be installed inside or outside of a building, proving the cameras is weather resistant, and is fixed in one location to record footage of one specific location such as front and rear entrances to a property.

Dome cameras

Dome cameras are designed mainly for indoor use and are a little bit more discreet than a bullet camera. It is also hard to see which direction the camera is facing.

Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) cameras

For maximum coverage a Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) camera can be rotated, moved up or down and zoomed in and out via the DVR or via the mobile app on your smart phone, tablet or PC.

Alarm connectivity

Many CCTV systems now have the facility to pair with your alarm via a CCTV/Alarm adaptor. The adaptor is designed to control and monitor your alarm system through the DVR menu and mobile app once the adaptor is simply plugged into your CCTV DVR.
