The safe is very heavy, sturdy and secure.

It was delivered on a small palette to avoid any damage during transit.

The driver was kind enough to drop it in through the main door.

It was easy to bolt the safe down with the pre drilled holes.

The instructions for password setup were easy to follow.

It is very easy to use.

I am confident that it would be very difficult for someone to break open the safe and equally to take it away because of the weight and the fact that it has been bolted down.

A couple of improvements which I would suggest:

1. The safe came with simple plastic rawl plugs for floor fitting. I had to purchase expanding anchor bolts for proper installation. I think these should be included in the package.

2. Internal automatic light would have been great.

Excellent quality with superior build and locking system, a real step up in quality on some similar priced safes.

Decided I wanted a home safe. Easy, I thought! Checked out a few budget options on Amazon, then started to think a little more about what I actually wanted. This led me to look at other suppliers and manufacturers. Size was key, followed by security rating, build quality and fire rating. The Burg Watcher ticked all the right boxes and, at least from pictures and reviews, quality looked good. The price was right for me to. When it arrived, I knew I had chosen well. The quality is impressive. It’s solid and well built. Much more so than many of the budget options available. Really simple to set up and use. Now I feel reassured we have an extra level of protection for our documents and valuables.
