Excellent high quality product. I struggled to find a euro cylinder thumbturn with 40 - 45 dimensions but was very pleased to find this product that met my needs. You can see from the machining quality that this is a well made product. I would recommend this cylinder lock.

Our door seemed to have funny lock dimensions so it was great to find that Caveo not only did a 3 star lock but it would fit our door, couldn't believe certain well known brands didn't! Having extra keys cut for it was very reasonable too, and although we had to wait a little bit longer for it to arrive it was well worth it. Fitting was very simple and know we have the peace of mind knowing that we're safe and secure for a very reasonable cost. Can't say enough good things about the lock and the service from 'Safe'.

Good quality, and easy to install. Quick shipping and very simple. I couldn't have asked for anything different. Videos online made it very easy to install and the whole process only took me about 15 minutes. Only point that I would raise is that the key has to be horizontal to be removed from the keyhole.

They came on time, my only problem was with my customer getting access as she went away for 3 weeks before I was able to fit them.

After I fitted them she asked for Extra Keys to the one lock but that was not a problem I just call your office gave the Key code and 3 days later I had the extra Keys

Key hole entry on the lock is not smooth. Entry catches and friction on hole. Takes fee tries to insert key.

Turning motion is fine.

Thumb turn is smooth and easy.

Looks a quality item, however on occasions you have to turn the lock 4 times for it to lock?, occasionally feels like it’s binding on use, this is only from the key side, the thumb turn seems fine, expected better from an expensive lock, fits well into cavity, no issues there
