The Chubb safe was order to provide secure storage for documents and media. We wanted some protection from both fire and short periods of flash flooding that we may experience. After researching the market place we shortlisted a couple of safes and eventually chose the Chubb Earth 75E based on the brand name and reviews. We looked at a number of providers and the Safe Shop looked to have a good reputation and was reliable in the safe market place. They priced matched the product that required a phone call with the office. The staff were really efficient and knowledgeable about the safe and arranged everything without fuss, so customer service as it should be, first class. The safe arrived next day as promised and was brought into the building by helpful delivery staff. Fitting was easy and quick with the minimum of fuss. We are very happy with the Chubb safe and especially happy with the safe shop. Highly recommend them.

I wanted a big safe to keep old laptop with photos and box files in and am very happy with this product. Certainly very heavy and not one that you would plan to move in a hurry. Mechanism very easy when you know how. The instructions included were not very helpful but my other half googled the safe and got the relevant info easily enough. The internal light is a suprisingly useful feature as they are always in awkward spots. The key hanging hooks could be better placed as it stops the door closing so lanyard needed but good thanks!
