After a little bit of fiddling with the old lock and a lot of patience from the guy on the chat line, I got there in the end. I am very pleased with the lock plus it included 3 keys. Very reasonably priced and would happily recommend this company to anyone who wants to avoid an overpriced locksmith to do a 10 minute job!
