This was a tricky situation - we had a spate of new couriers delivering to a strung out property in rural Cornwall.

At fairly short notice we were having to go away for a week and dreaded what would happen to mail and deliveries and then my wife saw the Phoenix parcel box on line and ordered it!

A few days later a large and heavy package arrived and a few hours later we had a fully assembled parcel box - pretty straightforward build and pleasantly surprised by the build quality. We chose a site for it and fixed it to one of our gateposts and, fingers crossed, went away for a week the next morning. On our return we were very happy to find a load of post and several packages all safe and dry inside - a huge relief and since then (two months) no courier issues and the postal delivery guys love it!
