I was surprised that the parcel box arrived as a flat pack and even more surprised that it was to be held together with rivets. The instructions were easy to follow up to the point of fitting the lid and gas strut. Despite having five more rivets than needed these were soon used up trying to fit the lid to the box. The company sent additional rivets and eventually I was able to get it fitted.

Using rivets to act as hinges is a design weakness and I suspect that the hinge will be the part that fails. The parcel box needs a more robust hinge system perhaps using bolts.

Despite the box being mounted in a prominent position next to the door one of the delivery drivers still insists on leaving parcels in the dustbin! I think putting a handle on the lid would assist them in figuring out how to open the parcel shelf lid. Or perhaps I should of chosen a brighter coloured box.

Your customer service is excellent. I ran out of rivets trying to fit the parcel box lid. I contacted you using your website. Additional rivets were posted first class and received less than 24 hours later. Superb service.

Good size parcel box - self assembly was a bit difficult. Quality of lock became stiff and difficult to use after few weeks.

Great in all aspects apart from the lock which is very stiff and difficult to use
