I would definitely recommend this camera setup , our old system was the 8 channel Swann 720p which we had for 4 years , that system never let us down and the online app was brilliant, but this 5 megapixel system takes it to another level, the online app is so quick and responsive , there’s no lag in time , it starts up in a lower resolution so you get all your cameras in view straight away, then if you want full resolution just click on a camera of your choice, I chose the Bnc cable setup as that’s what was previously wired up...

Safe was brilliant for there value and delivery was next day, thumbs up from me..!!!!

It's a brilliant product. The image quality is so true to life it has some serious high definition on it.

Easy to purchase and we added the installation on as Well the guy who came out was fantastic did an excellent job and showed us how to set the cameras up and how to operate them and downloaded the app for the phone. I'm a technophobe and I found it really simple and easy to view my home when away and even abroad.

The setup is simple and there's handy guides in the boxes with step by step instructions with pictures which always helps me.

If your thinking about this system I would definitely recommend it it's a lot cheaper than some of the other big names on the market but it hasn't scrimped on quality everything it says on the box it does.

It can clearly ready number plates and picks out the tiniest details I feel extra safe now I've got this at home. In case anyone is sat there as well thinking that I work for the company or anything I don't I'm just wanting to share my experience as I was very hesitant about the product but I took a chance of it defiently paid of.

It is an excellent product and I could cover all around my house in India to protect my house. It is getting a little bit warm but I think it is normal.

Good system, robust cameras but I suffer from picture loss at night when two of the cameras ir require more power. One camera has 3 extension leads and will not work through voltage drop. The supplied transformer isn’t powerful enough if the camera requires an extension lead due to being further away from base. No mention in instructions or specifications that extension leads can not be used, very disappointed in this as the most important cameras don’t work as they should. Overall easy to install and set up but make sure the supplied leads are long enough for your install.

The pictures are very clear. Microphone not as good as expected. Easy to set up on phone but not on PC. Not easy to play back. On the whole it's a good product.

Had problems with faulty parts, mouse did not work and had 2 faulty camera cables. Upgraded from a previous Swann system and in all honesty did expect much better vision and Swann’s after sales service is very slow!
