To be fair I didn't buy this for security, I bought it for lock picking, if you're starting out and want to move on past basic locks for picking, such as Master Locks, this is excellent. It's full of spools and tricky to pick. Otherwise it feels very good quality, operates beautifully, and has a reassuringly heavy build. Yale is a well known brand, the shackle days BORON so will be tough and will resist cutting and is secured by ball bearings so it can't be shimmed, these features alone should give you some peace of mind but it also has some drill resistance thanks to internal anti drill pins. I reckon this is a good value lock
