The Zagreb eurobox40700is lightweight but extremely sturdy for its weight and for what I purchased it for and will be an ideally suited for the front rack of my bicycle ,when I eventually get around to working out how I am going to mount the box and attach some front lights to it as well .plus on the security side of the eurobox 40700 ,it’s really great as when touring around on your bicycle you can leave valuable items in the box ;for example an iPad or computer any spare batteries/cables and if it’s an electricly assisted bike the mains charger or even a handheld citizen band communications device.

The Zarges Eurobox 40700 is a breakthrough in both performance and technology, providing the ultimate solution for packaging, storage or transportation of tools and equipment. Constructed from high grade, lightweight aluminium and weighing just 3kg, this container is built with transportation in mind, offering durable protection whilst ensuring ease of mobility. The Zarges Eurobox 40700 has a 27 litre capacity and includes one heavy duty handle which is suitable for loads of up to 50kg.
Customise your own Zarges Eurobox, with a host of interior fittings which give you the facility of creating a bespoke container to suit your needs. Options available include foam lining inserts and foam dividers to keep delicate items cushioned from damage in transit or tool bags and attaché inserts to help keep tools and stationary neat and organised. You can also add a trolley or clip on castors to aid mobility. As standard, this case is opened and closed by two spring loaded snap fasteners which can be secured by your own 6mm shackle padlocks or upgraded to include key locks.

The container includes corrosion resistant snap fasteners for ergonomic operation. Fasteners can be secured by a 6mm shackle padlock or can be upgraded to include a key lock. An anti-spring opening feature is also available to prevent units from bursting open.

The lid is constructed with a foam seal all round which protects against wear, overloading and squashing. The lid also offers moisture and dust protection, protecting the contents from damage.

Two heavy duty holding straps are included to ensure the lid stays in the upright position when opened. These sturdy straps are fastened with extra large rivets and have sealed ends to prevent fraying ensuring they will not be torn out under heavy loads.

How much does it cost to have the optional lock device fitted to your boxes?
Akinmosa, Dartford
The manufacturer does not fit the key locking mechanism. If ordered, these are supplied with the box for self installation. This is very easy to do and instructions ares supplied to guide you.
