The product is well packed and well manufactured. The siren is nice and loud and is very easy to arm using the keypad. It is handy that the user is able to add to the kit as you decide to increase the security of your home. The instructions are well set out however I was not able to set the siren up on the first attempt as they are not detailed enough and the siren was not behaving in the way that was described in the instruction books. The smart notifications are great and you can arm the system using the app evenue after you have left the house

Customer service team were very helpful, one lady in particular that called me to confirm whether I wanted the panic button that I had ordered as it was not compatible with the alarm. Great customer service, not just trying to make sales but genuine care for the customer. Thanks for you help!

Quick and easy to install

Hi we are happy with our alarm system.A friend came to help with the installation and we were glad of him when it came to setting up the system with the app, and putting the alarm on the front of the house. Despite following instructions it took along time to get the sensors and the alarm aligned and during this time we set off the alarm many times.I don't feel that this was at all easy for older people who are not so tech savvy,Now we are used to setting the alarm from my phone or the keypad it has given us peace of mind when we are not at home, and nighttime security by alarming downstairs whilst we sleep.

Marked down the ease of use as the instructions supplied were flawed for pairing the outside bell. Only found this out after I called Yale direct-they admitted the instructions were wrong and talked me through the correct process. Once paired system works fine. This was purchased for my daughter's house-I purchased my own system a couple of years ago and am still pleased with the performance.

We are very pleased with this product, which has given us more peace of mind. It arrived promptly, was well packaged, and we found it easy to set up and use . When we did have an issue it was easily resolved by ringing up and speaking to someone at Safe.

It does seem to come with a few issues (initially the sounder would not work, and periodically we seem to have unexplained faults. Sometimes the sensors just decide to not detect anything at all). It could be an installation error to be fair but we did follow all the instructions and now 5 months down the line we are still having difficulties. The sounder is not very loud either. But then the kit was not too expensive so I guess you get what you pay for! Generally speaking it is okay but I think if I were to buy again I would go for something a bit more reliable.

Easy to install and has been reliable ever since. Installed additional door contacts and PIR’s for total house coverage. Would recommend!

From researching different makes and models, we decided on the HSA6610, from the outset on ordering to delivery, everything was prompt and efficient and delivered safely securely to our address. Though not an up to date I.T. person with only a basic knowledge of technical apparatus and DIY. I found the installation instructions plain and easy to follow with no problems at all.

I was surprised how quickly all the components were connected wirelessly with little or no mess and the walk through tests were simple and easy to follow. I would certainly recommend your products to any one thinking of home security on a straight forward level, combined with good quality.

Easy to setup and detect & connect all the devices to the hub. Batteries have last 3months over winter and still going. The activating and alerting features work simply to both iPhone and Android phones. Its been hassle free.

Great system for the money.

Installed a similar unit in a previous house so fairly familiar with the general set, although this one is App based. Easy installation for most of the kit, just basic DIY skills needed. The main difficulty comes with pairing the siren to the base station. Instruction set is wrong, Yale website is wrong. Really, how hard can it be to provide a self install kit with the correct button sequence? Probably should have called customer support but web searches didn't make that sound like a great source. Eventually found the correct instructions on a forum, oddly for a different model. Once set up it all works well and the App is clear and easy to use.

Easy to use, works great through the app, and most importantly for me is fully compatible with all of the sensors I had fitted from my old Yale wireless alarm.

Excellent product very easy to setup and install. The setup is all done using the app. Setting the alarm once fitted is very easy to use on the app. It is very reasuring that the alarm is always monitored using your smart phone and so far has been totally reliable since fitted 2 months ago

This alarm system is very efficient and easy to install. It is also very easy to use and you want be disappointed. Would highly recommend if looking for an affordable alarm that pretty much does the same job as ones where you have to pay monthly fee for monitoring ones.

The following review relates to Yale really and not Safe uk. Safe uk is a very good company and I’ve bought products from them before 5 out of 5 for a review. I bought this system for a house in spain so I could monitor it from the UK. Had initial problems in getting the alarm box to sinc with the hub and to be frank the instruction sequence did not work. I contacted the Yale help line who told me there was a way round the problem and they would ring me back, this didn’t happen. Fortunately an on line blog solved the problem. The system is working fine , the alarm goes off the second anyone enters and the ap is good so I’m pleased. I have the same system in the uk (had it for a few years now) and you can run both by logging out of one and going into the other but you will still get breach notifications from both. I’m very pleased with the product, Yale just need to tighten down the instructions and get it right in the manual overall customer support is very good I just must have hit it on a bad day.

Ok except the key pad does not work and hasn’t worked right since It was installed. Did phone and tried everything they suggested with no luck. Alarm works with fob

Bought this product for a small semi following previous good experience with a Yale alarm on my previous home. It performs excellently, it's simple to use and I particularly like the message sent by WiFi to my phone whenever the status of the alarm changes, so I now now when my daughter nips in to let my grandchildren use the loo! It's very reassuring to know she has reset the alarm properly. I also like the fact I can arm and disarm the alarm from my phone using the Yale App. I installed the alarm myself, the instruction manual was excellent, easy to follow and very comprehensive although at first I couldn't get the siren to link to the system so I phoned Yale for technical advice and surprise surprise, I got through no problem! The call taker was able to sort out the issue. The instructions had been updated and my copy was out of date. Although frustrating at first Yale customer service was surprisingly good and they recovered the situation.👍😄

Easy enough to use bit fiddly to set up, could do with a WiFi connection instead of Ethernet only.

I use this alarm as a secondary back system to my ''wired in''

mains alarm. But it was easy enough to install except the supplied instructions are inadequate and use of the internet for advice on fitting is necessary. The '' helpline'' could be improved !!

The monitoring app on mobile 'phone is extremely useful and

the smoke detector accessory is reassuring.

Anyone wanting more security of anti-scan would probably be better off buying one of the more expensive YALE systems.

My son and I recently purchased a new industrial unit for personal storage. There was no question which alarm we would choose as he had already purchased a Yale system for his house.

The new system was quickly and easily fitted and has been working impeccably since being fitted a couple of months ago. Security guaranteed from a fantastic product at an amazing price! I live 30 miles away from the unit and it is essential to have a system which delivers security, reliability and total peace of mind at a cost effective price. If your requirements for home or business are the same as mine use Yale - quite simply it works!

Great product

My Yale home alarm kit to date is working great. This was the second one I purchased and fitted having installed my own, my Father-in-Law who is 80 asked if i could get and install one for him. I must add that I had a few teething problems at first having never installed an alarm before. I phoned Safe for advice and the help I received was second to none. The person on the phone was very patient and talked me through every step of the way to get it working correctly, including sending me advice to read via e mail. Customer satisfaction is so important these days. Your after sales service is fantastic. Thank you.

Very good easy to install and use. Very impressive

I had owned a previous version of this system about 18 years ago which had worked very well for years. I made a decision to replace it and it was an obvious choice to buy an updated version. This system is much improved. For example, it can be controlled and monitored from my mobile phone and the motion detectors can be tested without the need to open the PIR.

It was easy to install and required no channeling into walls. The added advantage for me was its compatibility with my old devices. I am considering adding a remote video camera. It's very reassuring to be able to check my alarm from anywhere in the world with a wifi connection.

Good quality alarm system with the right price, would buy again

Looking for an easy solution to fit my needs and this package was ideal. I did look at others on the market and there is the option to buy add-ons this had everything to suit me and an excellent price compared to other packages on the market.

The installation was quite easy, sufficient information was supplied to confirm suitable locations etc for sensors. The only issue I had during fitting was one sensors did show a problem but a quick check revealed that I had dislodged the spring inside the sensor, found it on the floor and replaced it, problem solved.

I did have a little difficulty on set up because the on-line and enclosed documents were not current to the kit, (slow in updating web pages/ documents or just the speed of development. I don't know) but the help line was an excellent service and a quick talk through over the phone soon solved the issue.

Since installation I have had one spurious alarm and cannot be sure what set it off but I have found the system to be easy to use. The app is very useful. On odd occasions we have forgotten about disarming the alarm on entry and it has worked fine.

It is built to be bold, to stand out which means you want miss it , which can serve as a deterrent for a potential break in.

It is absolutely good value for money , because you have a security system that mornitors and secures your property for free. I would surely recommend this security yale system to anyone who thinking about a security system .
