You can zone the accessories anyway you wish but you can only have 2 separate zones. Unlimited smartphones can be linked to the system. The App needed would be the Yale Smart Living App.

The siren on this system does not have a comfort light feature. The Siren on the Yale SR-320 Wireless Smart Alarm Kit does have this as an option in the settings menu.

This system does come supplied with both a siren and dummy siren. This system is not compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or IFTT. You may want to take a look at the Yale Sync Smart Home Alarm - IA-320 as this kit is compatible with Amazon Alexa.
