Very easy to fit with straight forward instructions.

Recessed nicely on outside of door ie pliers cannot agrip onto it.

Smooth operation of lever when locking / unlocking.

Great service and top quality replacement locks that I installed easily myself. Very easy company to deal with, especially when I needed to get some advice on sizing and cutting alike. The new locks are spot on and a much more secure fit than the last ones we inherited with our new house.

Very happy with these cylinders (I bought two, keyed alike, for my workshop). There were no issues fitting them and they have been functioning well since. I can't really comment on the security aspect apart from the accreditation they come with - I haven't been broken into yet! As far as I'm concerned it's all good :=)

Good strong secure lock that was easy to fit, quality finish too hasn’t faded or pitted since It was fitted, highly recommend . Delivery and customer service was excellent.

I bought this 3-star euro thumb turn cylinder for my flat’s front door and I’m very pleased with it. It was easy to swap over, fits perfectly, and feels very secure. The keys are the best I’ve bought so far, I received extra keys, and it arrived very quickly. Solid, reliable, and well worth it.

Great product and easy to install

We purchased the thumb turn lock as part of a three-lock “keyed alike” pack to replace our existing 20-year-old locks, which were no longer secure enough. In particular, the old locks were not anti-snap, a feature we considered essential. The 3-star TS rating was also an important factor for us.

The pack arrived within a few days. Fitting Euro locks is straightforward, requiring only a screwdriver and a basic understanding of how to position the key in the lock to release the old cylinder before fitting the new one. There are plenty of helpful videos on YouTube that explain the process clearly.

The thumb turn lock is fitted to our main “means of escape” exit, meaning that in the event of a fire or other emergency, there is no need to find a key to leave the house. It therefore provides strong protection against unauthorised entry while still allowing for rapid and safe escape—exactly what we needed.

Moved home and needed to replace the old locks (you should always replace locks when moving into a new place) looked at a few makes and decided to use these, I liked that you could get them where you can use just the one key in all the locks, easy to swap over and they also look good too.

Placed order and received within a few days. Packaging was unusual but no issues, all arrived safely with spare keys etc.

All info needed to register keys provided. Hopefully won't need to buy new anytime soon but would buy from here again.
