This is a great product. Well constructed and nicely finished too.

It is simple and quick to install and remove.

The design is very neat and compact.

The bright colour provides an instant visual deterrent and the design would prove difficult to destroy or tamper with.

The relative lightweight nature of the construction allows for very easy storage when using the trailer hitch.

I have no problem in thoroughly recommending this product type for use on this type of trailer hitch.

The cost may be perceived as high for such a simple design but, this is a small price to pay for peace of mind and security of an expensive trailer.

The Bulldog Mini Hitch Lock AV is designed to secure a caravan or trailer hitch and can be used when hitched to a vehicle or when unhitched. This feature provides double the protection of normal hitch locks. Locking is provided by a 25mm hardened steel locking bar which is drill and pick resistant and comes supplied with 2 keys.

The Bulldog Mini Hitch Lock AV is suitable for Avonride/Knott 1400kg-3500kg hitch heads.

This is a secure device for trailers. I must admit that I have to think twice when I fit the device, but it is obvious how to do it. A plastic fitting fits inside the tow hitch to prevent somebody hitching up and driving away with the trailer when the device is in place.
