If I get 3 locks keyed a like. Do I received 2 keys per lock so 6 all together or just 2 for all 3 locks?

You only receive one set of keys, regardless of the number of locks you order when keyed alike. We can supply more keys if needed.

As standard the Asec Vital BS 5 Lever Deadlock (64mm, Stainless Steel) - Keyed Alike is supplied keyed alike which means that a single set of keys can operate multiple locks. If you require single locks, you can choose keyed to differ locks that operate using a unique set of keys that only open a single lock.

What is Keyed Alike?

  • Each key can open multiple locks - the same key could unlock your house and office.
  • Locks need to be the same brand and number of levers.
  • Keyed Alike locks include one set of keys regardless of how many locks are purchased.
  • Made to order so NOT covered by our returns policy.

What is Keyed to Differ?

  • Keyed to Differ is the standard way a lock is supplied.
  • Each lock is opened by its own unique key.
  • Each lock includes a unique set of keys.
