Key Fob Faraday Pouch
As long as you don't have a big bunch of keys attached to your electronic car key, it will fit nicely in the Faraday Pouch. Haven't tested if the pouch does in fact make it impossible to intercecept the electronic signal coming from the car key in order to steal the car - as I wouldn't know how to. But assuming it does break the signal this is a great Faraday pouch.

Not too clumpy to put on your pocket .
