Post is chunkier and stronger looking than others I have seen, ground socket was easy to install.

Post is quite heavy, however slides in socket easily which aids removal/installing.

A good, sturdy, highly visible security post - just what we were looking for to jkeep our caravan as safe as possible.

When not in use has to be taken out of the ground, heavy to remove, and stored.In hindsight, it may have been better to have got a folding post which is secured at ground level when not in use.

SS7 removable post or ram bar is a good product and buy. Robust overall and not unattractive, and signs are that is it weathering well

it is easy to concrete in and the flap that covers the sunk part of the bar is good

one potential drawback is that the hinge is or appears to be not quite as strong as the rest of the bar and I am a bit concerned that his will prove a weak point. As yet, though all is fine

I am applying for an insurance discount as I have kit kept behind the bars
